Make a short note
Write down your main concern, when it began, how it affects you and the questions you most want answered. It is fine to describe symptoms in everyday language.
Bring useful records
Take current prescriptions, medicine and allergy lists, previous reports and relevant scan images. Include records of prior urinary or reproductive procedures.
Check before your visit
Call for the confirmed address and time. Ask whether any preparation is needed; do not fast, stop medicines or arrange tests unless advised. You can ask about privacy, an accompanying person or a chaperone.
