How the current appointment form works
The form prepares a message in your browser. Reviewing the form does not submit it to a clinic database. No appointment information is saved by this website in browser storage. When you choose to open WhatsApp, the information shown in your draft is passed to WhatsApp. You must send the message there yourself. The default draft excludes the selected concern and optional information unless you choose to include them.
Why you may be contacted
Information you send to the clinic may be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and coordinate an appointment. An appointment enquiry is not a formal patient medical record or confirmation of an appointment.
Third-party services
WhatsApp handles messages according to its own privacy terms. Calling, external information links and hosting services also operate separately. The site uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address when fonts load. This site does not configure marketing analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical access logs and access-control information.
Security and sensitive information

Retention and access to information
Draft form entries remain in the current page until you clear them, refresh or leave. Messages you send through WhatsApp may remain in that service and in clinic communications. Contact the clinic to ask about the retention, correction or deletion of information it holds. Any applicable requirements and the circumstances of your request may affect what can be done.
Display preferences
The site stores only your animation preference on your device so that your choice to pause decorative motion is remembered. This preference contains no appointment or health information.
